Genie One uses structured and unstructured company data to answer questions, automate work, schedule tasks, create skills, monitor alerts, and take action through MCP tools. The product is based on Genie Ontology, a self-improving context layer that extracts and updates business knowledge from Databricks, AI tools, and connected workplace apps, and it connects to more than 50 apps and data systems including Google Drive, Jira, Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
