TechCrunch reports that Prime Intellect raised a $130 million Series A at a $1 billion valuation. The company offers compute access, reinforcement-learning tooling, and evaluation infrastructure so enterprises can train task-specific AI agents without relying entirely on frontier labs. The round was led by Radical Ventures with participation from Nvidia Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, Iconiq, and several founder angels.
