Anthropic adds a Claude usage reflection dashboard

The Verge reports that Anthropic is launching a Claude reflection feature that gives users a dashboard for reviewing their AI use over the past month, three months, six months, or year. The feature highlights topics, activity patterns, task types, and quiet-hour or break-reminder options for users with memory enabled. It is positioned as a way to make AI usage more intentional as chatbots become daily work tools.
