WellSpan and Philips sign seven-year healthcare AI alliance

WellSpan Health and Philips signed a seven-year strategic alliance covering advanced imaging, patient monitoring, enterprise informatics, and co-development of new AI and health technologies. Philips will become WellSpan's preferred vendor across 12 hospitals plus diagnostic imaging centers and ambulatory surgery centers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The partnership includes a coordinated approach to equipment lifecycle management, services, training, and upgrades.
