Philips will become WellSpan's preferred vendor across 12 hospitals plus diagnostic imaging centers and ambulatory surgery centers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The partnership includes a coordinated approach to equipment lifecycle management, services, training, and upgrades. It is Philips' first research and innovation collaboration with a U.S. community health system, making it a useful example of how clinical AI moves from product announcements into long-term operational relationships.
